COURSE 101.

The Childcare Mindfulness Stress Reduction course.

Learn to embody what mindfulness is during this 8-week course. Childcare providers practice 100-hours of guided mindfulness practice. Each week, provides a new practice that is easy to implement during your work day. A certificate of completion is provided to all participants who have completed the course commitment.

COURSE 102.

MIND.BE Children’s Certified Mindfulness Teacher Training + Certification.

Imagination Yoga Teacher Training

Created by founders Jamie Dix and Jessica McClintic.

Become a certified children’s yoga teacher!

Imagination Yoga teaches you how to host classes and camps teaching yoga and mindfulness to children ages 2-12. The mission is to empower the next generation with the skills and tools to navigate this world in a boldly kind way. Creators Jamie Dix and Jessica McClintic research backed curriculum, has proven to benefit children to find calm and to tap into their concentration.

Become a Certified Mindful Family Facilitator.

Take this Adult Mindfulness Teacher Training to become a Certified Mindfulness Teacher.

This course offers you full access to meditations, continued education webinars, and scripts. Including, the science behind mindfulness and how to facilitate adult mindfulness classes. You then may apply to become a Mindful Family Facilitator under The Mindful Care Collective.
